2012 Winter Meats

Please call ahead for special game meats or large orders, thanks.

Game Birds, Rabbit, Elk, Venison and Wild Boar, Veal Scallopine, Veal Osso Bucco, Whole Veal Shank, Veal Stew, Veal Breast, Veal Brisket, Veal Rack Crown Roast, Turducken (seasonal), Pastured Turkey (seasonal) Cooked Boneless Country Va. Ham, Pork Belly, Pork Crown Roast, Skin on Pork Shoulder and Fresh Hams, Whole Pigs BBQ ready, Lamb Crown Roast, Lamb Osso Bucco, Lamb Shank, Whole Lamb Some of these offerings may take a few days or as much as two weeks notice.

Try to remember around the holidays for example for Easter baby lambs we may need 3-4 weeks notice to get smaller 20-30 lb. sizes.
